This restaurant was recommended to us by some friends who have been there, so we made a trip by car even though we were not in the area. We called for a reservation, but we were told that they no longer take reservations and that we can come there because it goes quickly. We waited 30-35 minutes for a table to be released and another 40 minutes for the food to be brought. Personally, I chose a steak and I said from the start that it should be cooked medium, but it was very rare, as you can see in the attached pictures. It's not the way I requested and it's not the way I prefer, but we were very hungry and decided not to wait any longer. When we finished eating I requested the bill and it came in about 15 minutes with a surprise - the prices we saw on the menu did NOT include the 7% tax addition, something I have never seen before Canary Islands although I have been to several places and all the menus had IGICC included. We believe that it is imperative that these things be specified by the waiters or that this aspect be specified in the menu because it is not comfortable and I don't even know if it is legal - after all, customers want to know what they are paying in total. The quality of the meat and the taste is good, but I would recommend much more attention to the way of cooking, to the serving because it takes an extremely long time just to sit down. Overall, the experience we had was not exactly good and we were disappointed by all the above aspects, especially because we drove 45 minutes just to eat there. Later edit: Someone who is responsible for the page responded with a basic response without any apology and explanation for any facts and we can understand that you can make a mistake with the meat, but the prices shown without tax is a scam and not a mistake.

Black Canarian pork chop was one the best I have had. Real wood owen grilled steaks which were on display. Exceptionally friendly staff took us in even they were not really open yet for an hour.

Meat is fresh and high quality, servings are really large. Best steaks i ve eat so far. Also deserts are great and handmade.

Excellent! The service was great, even though we had some problem communicating in English, the staff was very friendly and professional. The meat was excellent! We definitely recommend.
